A custom listing presentation for a highly successful agent. This was presented to the owner and led to the agent signing a contract to list the property for sale. The property itself is a resort-like luxury estate set along the cliffs of the Pacific Ocean in Malibu, California.
Custom listing presentations are a rare entity within a company’s brand, set only for properties and agents that meet certain thresholds to allow for the time and focus needed in crafting design and content specific to the property. With each custom presentation, colors and layout are set specific to the property, lending an air of exclusivity, while overall design attributes do not stray too far away from Douglas Elliman branding.
Although presented digitally, the listing presentation was designed for print and screen intent.
