Avi Dan-Goor Welcome Trifold

A square trifold brochure was developed for Avi Dan-Goor. The goal of the project was to develop a brochure that the agent could distribute to potential clients looking to acquire property in the Las Vegas area, either as a primary home or investment property. The content and layout played a balance between Avi’s aesthetic interests and Douglas Elliman’s branding standards. The custom copy was developed for the agent’s introduction to pair well with select copy taken from other Douglas Elliman collateral, leading to a successful. brochure that introduces three elements to the client at once: the agent, the company, and the location.
