John Stanaland Group Brand Collateral Suite
Douglas Elliman, John Stanaland Group, Brand Collateral Suite, Print, Advertising, Social Media
A highly successful real estate team with a century-long legacy focused on luxury properties in Orange County, the John Stanaland Group Group joined Douglas Elliman with a lot of fanfare. With an increased marketing budget to improve their brand exposure, it was time for the John Stanaland Group to have a complete refresh in representation.
A new logo was designed along with a specific brand suite and brand guidelines, enabling the John Stanaland Group to set a visual identity associated with coastal luxury residences in Orange County.
The new brand suite of templates and collateral included postcards, property flyers, property brochures, listing presentations, business cards, templates for print ads, templates for digital ads, and social media templates.
As with most projects developed for agents under Douglas Elliman, the designer is rarely, if ever, given a copy of their work. With this consideration, mockups demonstrate the final product.
