Description

Design & Build project on an impossibly low budget for a vegan cafe. The project entailed complete existing demolition, design and construction with Kristen Erikson. Portions of the project were constructed from salvaged materials, such as cedar and wherever possible sustainable material choices were made. The food itself was great, they served vegan-friendly beer, and the establishment was well reviewed! Unfortunately the location was sold off as a turn-key operation in 2011 to some folks who wanted to turn it into a wine bar. It was good while it lasted.
